Thanks for stopping by!

After spending most of my early years playing with all sorts of cameras, I found myself studying photojournalism and film production at The University of Texas at Austin. After graduating, I was lucky enough to put down roots in Austin as a freelance cinematographer, photographer, and lighting technician.

Lately, aside from lighting network TV shows, indie features and shooting short films, I've lensed content for brands like Yeti Coolers, The New York Times, The Knights of Columbus, and Wayfair Furniture. Some of my documentary and narrative work has even received nods from College Press Photographer of the Year, The Austin Mayor's Committee for People with Disabilities, and the TMC London Film Festival.

As the saying goes--story first. I want to find compelling and humanizing stories and punctuate them with cinematic and thoughtful visuals. Through still or moving images, on 16mm film or the latest and greatest digital camera, I aim to create content that is of course visually striking, but more importantly, true to the root of our story.

Drop me a line and tell me about the story you want to tell.
